Policy
Advance Booking Requirements: Lessons must be booked at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled session. Processing Fee for Cancellations: Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee. Class Platform & Delivery: Upon successful booking confirmation, classes will be conducted online via Google Meet. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the session on time without valid prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the class, and no refunds or makeup sessions will be provided.
